
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 504 (HCMUD 504) residents, we’re pleased to share that the District’s billing system transition from AVR to Starnik is now complete.
The migration was successful, and all held payments and applications can now be posted and processed. Residents and customers once again have full access to payment options, including online payments, phone payments, and setting up or re-enrolling in auto-pay.
What's This Means For You
- Your October bill was the final bill generated in the previous AVR system.
- All billing going forward—beginning with the November billing cycle—will now be issued through Starnik.
- Auto-pay users must re-enroll in the new system to ensure payments continue without interruption.
- Payments can now be made online, by phone, or through the new customer portal.
What You Need to Do Now
- Log in to the new Customer Portal to set up or re-establish auto-pay and review your account details.
- Ensure your contact information is up to date so you continue receiving important communications.
- If you haven’t already, review the updated payment options available through Starnik.
